Take the following actions when your app is not working
■ For mobile phones with Android 9(Pie)
Steps:
1. Select [Settings]> [Device Care]
2. Tap Battery
3. Tap the 3-dot menu > Settings
4. Disable all toggles(except Notifications)
5. Tap Sleeping apps
6. Wake up all the apps using the trashcan iconSteps 2:
1. Select [Settings]> [Device Care]
2. Click the More (menu) icon in the top right corner.
3. Click "Auto-optimization".
4. Change it to "Off".Steps 3:
1. Select [Settings]> [Device Care]
2. Click "Memory" at the bottom.
3. Click the More (menu) icon in the top right corner.
4. Click "Apps that aren't checked"
5. Click the "Add" button at the bottom.
6. Locate the "Battery charge sound alert" app and click the "Add" button at the bottom.
