Samsung phones basically have an app called Smart Manager.

Please disable the forced power saving function in the app called 'Smart Manager' as follows!

1. Turn on the Smart Manager app and select the 'Battery' item.

2. Select the 'Details' button in the 'Power Saving' section.

3. Turn off app sleep. (All apps are turned off) 

or find and select the "Battery charge sound alert" app.

4. Select the 'Battery charge sound alert' app and change the setting to 'Do not save power (off)'.
