Set when the Samsung smartphone does not work.

 

For mobile phones using the Android 10 operating system,

please make additional settings as follows.

 

[Add as sleep exception app]

1. Go to your phone settings. 

2. Click on Device care

 

3. Click on the "Battery"

 

4. Click on "App power management"

 

5. Disable "Adaptive battery" and "Put unused apps to sleep. (Please turn it off)

 

6. Click on "Apps that won't be put to sleep"

 

7. Click on "Add apps"

8. Check the "Battery charge sound alert" app. 

9. Click on "Add"

 

[Adding apps that are not subject to RAM cleanup]

1. Click on "Memory"

2. Click on "Apps to exclude from cleaning"

 

3. Click on "Add apps"

4. Check the "Battery charge sound alert" app. 

5. Click on "Add"

 

[Disable automatic optimization]

1. Go back to Device care and Click on the 3-dot(⁝) menu. 

 

2. Choose Advanced. 

3. Disable "Auto optimization"

 

4. Turn it off

 

Disable battery optimization

1. Run the Battery Charge Sound Alert  app.

2. Click the Settings button (shaped like a gear) at the top of the app to go to Settings.

3. Turn on Disable Battery Optimization.(switch off the battery optimization)
