Take the following actions when your app is not working
For Android 7, Nougat
Settings - Battery - Battery saver - OFF
Special access - Battery optimization - find "Battery charge sound alert" - Don't Optimize
If the app doesn't work, try waking up from sleep.
Or exclude this app from sleep mode.
