[Huawei] 

Take the following actions when your app is not working

 


■ Phone Manager > Auto Start > Set permissions for this app.
■ Phone Manager > Screen Cleanup Lock >
Set it to "Do not close" to prevent automatic shutdown after the screen turns off.

 

[Huawei Protected Apps (EMUI < 5)]
■ Phone Settings > Advanced Settings > Battery Manager > Protected apps – check for "Battery full charge notification" as Protected 
■ Phone Settings > Privacy and Security > Protected apps – check for "Battery full charge notification" as Protected 

[Huawei Phone manager (EMUI 5)]
■ Phone Manager > Lock screen cleanup > Make sure App is NOT enabled (unchecked)
■ Phone Settings > Battery > Lock screen cleanup > Set App to 'Don't close' (unchecked)

 

[EMUI 6+ devices (and some EMUI 5 devices)]
■ Phone settings > Advanced Settings > Battery manager > Power plan is set to Performance
■ Phone Settings > Advanced Settings > Battery Manager > Protected apps – check for "Battery full charge notification" as Protected
■ Phone Settings > Apps > "Battery full charge notification" > Battery > Power-intensive prompt [X] and Keep running after screen off [X]
■ Phone settings > Apps > Advanced (At the bottom) > Ignore optimisations > Press Allowed > All apps > Find "Battery full charge notification" on the list and set to Allow

 

[EMUI 8] Android 8 or Andorid 9 
■ Phone Settings > Advanced settings > Battery manager > Protected apps > Turn on toggle of "Battery charging sound alert" App

 

 

[EMUI 9] Android 9 or Android 10 

 

Steps:

2. Battery

3. App launch

4. Turn off "manage automatically"  

5. Turn on toggle of "Battery charging sound alert" App

6. Manage manually

7. Turn on toggle of "Auto-launch"

8. Turn on toggle of "Secondary launch"

9. Turn on toggle of "Run in background"

 

 

Steps 2 :

3. Turn off toggle of "Power saving mode"

4. Turn off toggle of "Ultra power saving mode"

 

 

Steps 3 :

 

1. Settings

2. Apps

3. three dots on upper right corner

4. special access

5. battery optimization

6. change dropdown menu to "all apps"

7. change apps you want to keep in background to "don't allow, may drain battery more quickly"

 

 

 

[Huawei P9 Plus]
■ Phone settings > Apps > Settings > Special access > Ignore battery optimisation 
     > select allow for "Battery full charge notification"

[Huawei P20]
■ Phone settings > Battery > App launch and then set "Battery full charge notification" to “Manage manually” and make sure everything is turned on.


[Huawei Honor 9 Lite, Huawei Mate 9 Pro] 
■ Phone settings > Battery > Launch and then set "Battery full charge notification"  to “Manage manually” and make sure everything is turned on.
